    Since joining Ray White Rural Biloela in early 2009, Nicole has become part of the acclaimed rural sales team alongside Rural Agent and Principal, Mark Simpson. With Mark's 30 years of knowledge and experience in the industry, Nicole plays an integral role assisting to Mark's rural sales from photography and advertising through to reporting. Nicole prides herself in customer service ensuring that all vendors and prospective buyers alike achieve the best possible outcome.

    In early 2012, Nicole was named National Sales Assistant of the Year for 2011 at the Ray White Rural Annual Muster and Awards.

    Mark Simpson was also named Number One Sales Achiever for 2011 and recieved recognition as a National Elite Performer.

      Russell and I have worked closely with Nicole since 2009 when she joined the team at Ray White Biloela. As personal assistant to Mark Simpson, we work closely with Nicole, generally on a daily basis.

      Nicole is a very capable and efficient young woman. Her communication skills and her high level of ability is to be commended.

      The quality of materials that she supplies to us including her photography, text and advertising requirements is always excellent, and her face to face manner both with clients and co-workers which we have experienced first hand, is exceptional.

      We are fortunate to work alongside numerous Ray White offices, suffice to say, if every office had a 'Nicole Boon' they would be extremely fortunate.
