Property overview: Mainly rolling to undulating quality forest country with some steeper country around Messmate Mountain. The whole of the property is grazed and regarded as very warm winter country. Six water courses traverse the property being Tandahra Creek, Teatree Creek, Langtree Creek, Sheep Station Creek, Cave Creek and Paddys Gully. Timber is gum, appletree, teatree, ironbark with patches of millable spotted gum and some Cyprus pine.
